Profile Page and Notifications

Profile Page

On your profile page, you can edit your personal information. This includes:

  • Full Name - This is the name that will be displayed on BatchFlow.

  • Email - This is the email address you use to log in to BatchFlow. It is also the address where you will receive reminders and other relevant emails.

  • Phone number - Here you can add or update your phone number.

  • Avatar - This is your profile picture. It appears, among other places, on documents sent for approval.

  • Language - Here you can select the language in which BatchFlow should be displayed for your user.

  • Password - Here you can change the password you use to log in to BatchFlow.

  • Two-factor authentication - Here you can set up two-factor authentication to increase security when logging in to BatchFlow.

  • Out of Office - If you are going on vacation or will be away for an extended period, you can activate Out of Office and select a substitute. The substitute can handle your documents while you are away.

The “Companies” section shows the companies you have access to. Additionally, you will also be able to see the amount limit up to which you can approve invoices without necessarily requiring another approver to intervene. Only the administration and, if applicable, the accounting department can change these amount limits.

Notifications

If you have received a notification—for example, a colleague in accounting has reminded you of a document you need to review—there will be a red dot next to the clock, indicating that you have received a new notification.

When you click on the clock, you can view your unread notifications.

If you click on the notification itself, you will be taken to the relevant document so you can process it.

If you are already logged in to BatchFlow and receive a notification, you may also see a message:

Here, you’ll also have the option to click “Go to document” to open the document immediately.

It is also important to note that if you are reminded of a document, you will also receive a reminder via email
