If you use projects, they will be displayed as "Aktiveret".

Overview

The overview shows all projects, their status, and the person in charge and co-manager.

Responsible Persons

If you click on "Manage Responsible Persons," you’ll see a list of all employees, along with their corresponding users in BatchFlow. A red dot indicates that one or more employees have not been linked to a user in BatchFlow.

If they have the same email address or name in your ERP system as in BatchFlow, they will be automatically linked.

Link User

If the user does not match or does not exist in BatchFlow, they will be displayed under “Vis tilknytningsproblemer.”

Here, simply click on Tilknyt bruger and select which user they correspond to in BatchFlow.

Columns

If you click on Administrer kolonner, you’ll be able to choose which columns to display in the journal entry.

Here, you can simply select or deselect the desired columns.

Derived Fields

When you select a cost type in the journal entry, it will automatically make the financial account read-only and populate the field with the account number from the cost type. If there is a default VAT code associated with the account or an employee associated with the project, these will also be filled in automatically.
