Latest Updates
At the top of the list, you’ll see the latest updates and features added to BatchFlow.
The list can also be found under Ændringslog.
If you’d like to learn more, simply click on the image to be redirected to a page detailing the latest improvements.
Planned features and improvements can be found in our Roadmap.
Support
If the guides don’t answer your questions, you encounter errors, or you get stuck while trying to perform a task, you can contact our support team.
We strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours on weekdays, but usually much faster. Messages can also be found at Beskeder at the bottom of the page.
Remote Support
If we are unable to reproduce the issue, we may ask for permission to view your screen. This is done via Få fjernsupport med AnyDesk.
We can only view a user’s screen if they actively grant us access, and that access is valid only for that single session.
New Features and Requests
Please note that this page is only accessible if you are logged in to BatchFlow.
If you’re missing a specific feature or simply have some good ideas, you can click on Giv os feedback.
Existing requests
This opens a new page where you can see all the features that other users have requested, or things we’re already working on. If you see any features that you think sound good, you can vote for them to help prioritize them higher.
If you click on one of the existing feature requests, you can leave comments—even if you didn’t create the request yourself. Maybe you have additional information or good ideas that could make the feature even smarter.
Create a New Request
If you don’t see your own request, you can click on Create A New Post to create it.
Here, you should provide a descriptive title and a description of the feature or improvement you’d like at BatchFlow. The more information, the better.
If we need more information, we may contact you to get a clear picture of how best to address it.
Roadmap
At the top, you’ll find “Roadmap,” which lists the items we’re currently working on, as well as previously suggested ideas.
If you’d like to read more about a specific item, just click on it.
Please note that this section primarily lists specific features and user requests. Just because there are no items listed as “in progress” doesn’t mean we aren’t still working on other new features or improvements.
