Here you can view all your incoming messages.

Incoming Emails

This section displays all of your companies’ incoming email addresses.

Anyone who knows these email addresses will be able to send invoices directly to your BatchFlow company. We recommend keeping these email addresses confidential internally and instead automatically or manually forwarding them from your own invoicing email address rather than sharing the BatchFlow email addresses with creditors.

E-invoice Registrations

This section displays all the IDs for which you can receive e-invoices. Typically, you’ll be registered with both a CVR number and a GLN. You can provide this information to your supplier to have them send e-invoices instead of PDFs or emails.

We’ve found that some suppliers can only send to a GLN, not a CVR. If you don’t have a GLN, you can contact Futurelink for assistance on where to purchase one and have it registered.

A GLN is usually required to receive PEPPOL, which is the European e-invoice format.
