Log in to BatchFlow
How to access your account and what to do if you can't log in.
Log in
Go to: https://batchflow.io
Enter your email
Enter your password
Click Log in
I can’t log in
Wrong email or password
Double-check your email and password. Watch out for typos and caps lock.
Forgot password
Click "Forgot password" and follow the steps to reset it.
Enter your email and click Reset password. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Click the link in the email and set up a new password.
No access or user not found
You may not have been invited yet. Contact your admin to get access.
First time logging in
If this is your first time:
You should have received an invitation email
Click the link in the email to set your password
Then return to the login page and log in
If your invitation has expired, ask your admin to send a new one.
For admins
Make sure the user has been invited before they try to log in.
